With a deadline of the 22nd of January 2023, you'll need to turn this application around sharpish. The Recruitment and HR Business Awards are free to enter however so there's not so much pressure for the 'all perfect' entry. The Business Awards UK mission is to make business awards accessible to all! So you only pay if you win your category, not for access or for finalist positions!
With categories across all business types, you'll need to find the relevant section for recruitment and HR. Within this subgroup, you'll find over 50 categories based on agency size, location, and specific recruitment fields and covering awards from Recruitment Agency of the Year to awards celebrating individuals within a company. The best-known awards provider in our recruitment industry, the Recruiter Awards, was established in 2002 and are set up to recognise the achievements of those within the recruitment world. These awards are always worth applying for if you have the time and resources because they are well-renowned in the industry. However, do consider you need to invest a lot of money and time to make your entry worthwhile and to have a shot!

The British Recruitment Awards are designed to find individuals, teams and agencies that provide passion for recruitment. Created by New Possible, a next-generation employee insight platform, the awards aim to celebrate the successes of the recruitment companies and individuals that work to make this happen within both internal and agency recruitment fields.
There are a vast range of categories to enter from Best Onboarding Initiative to Recruitment Agency of the Year. For the complete list, visit their website. From there, you can register your interest though they are not currently open for entries at the moment.
The one that's local 📌
If you are a Bristol-based recruitment company the other option could be to go for a more local-to-home awards option. Bristol Life Awards take nominations from across Bristol to celebrate the success of the city. As a recruitment company, you'll need to apply to the specific categories of People Services or Business Services. Again like our first suggestion on this list, you'll need to be quick - entries close on the 18th of January!
