Head of Marketing Recruitment
Navado Talent have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Marketing Recruitment Consultant to step up into a Head of role to lead and grow out a brand-new marketing division within an extremely successful recruitment agency in Bristol.
Our client are seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant who is experienced in marketing recruitment, to join their thriving and forward-thinking recruitment agency.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Marketing Recruitment Consultant looking to take a step up and own something. Joining as a Team Lead / Head of, you will report directly into the MD, and will leverage the vast number of existing clients across the business to build out a brand-new Marketing division within the business.
This position is a 360 permanent recruitment role and comes with the opportunity to hire and grow a team around you, quickly progressing into an Associate Director role.

They are an extremely vibrant and ambitious company, consisting of a diverse team of exceptionally talented recruiters, working with exciting start-ups and global brands across the UK and Europe.
The role:
•360 Recruitment role, leading from the front in generating new business
•Permanent recruitment
•Demonstrating best practice resourcing and application of sourcing and screening techniques, at volume
•Being highly proactive by utilising available resources
•Interview and selection of candidates
•Ability to liaise with clients and candidates at senior level
•Management of the whole recruitment process, including relaying feedback
•Negotiate recruitment fees and remuneration packages for candidates
•Eventually managing and mentoring Recruitment Consultants within the team
•Monthly and quarterly reports and appraisals with the board and individual team members
•Hiring internally for the team
Requirements:
•Proven experience in marketing recruitment
•Track record of successful 360 billings within marketing
•Experience of mentoring or management
•Ability to work consultatively and build strong relationships
•Strong organisational and time management skills
Salary & Benefits:
•£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
•Birthday’s off
