Internal Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition role
FTC - 6 months initially 2/3 days a week
Profile
Someone with experience 3 + years (professional services)
Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter or agency Recruiter
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Experience using various interview formats
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expert on Linkedin Recruiter - set up projects/ saved searches, able to headhunt
Articulate and confident
The Role
Collaborating with hiring managers to create job ads for current openings
Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
Designing and implementing employee referral programs
Expert on Linkedin Recruiter - set up projects/ saved searches, able to headhunt
Screen CV'S and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone/ teams first-round interviews
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
Determine qualification criteria for each position
Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
Offer and Reject Candidates
Manage Linkedin/ Socials for positive branding and to attract candidates
