Internal Tech Recruiter – Swindon or Bristol based
Navado Talent are looking for Internal Recruiter to join an international tech company who have offices based in Swindon and London and are very much leading the way in their field.
With 300 employees currently and looking to double in headcount over the next 2 years, this role will play a pivotal part in the companies growth plans. With offices across the globe, our client are looking for an internal recruitment consultant, who will support the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Swindon, to recruit across their tech and product roles.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant who is looking to make a move in-house / client side. The role is extremely flexible offering lots of hybrid working, but requires you to be in the Swindon office 1-2 days a week.
Ideally you will come from a technical IT recruitemnt background, either agency or client side and have experience in sourcing candidates to a high level, using linkedin recruiter daily.
What will the role involve?
· Identify current and future hiring needs
· Headhunt candidates through a variety of methods
· Build a reputation as an expert within your market
· Working with managers to define the job spec
· Qualify and screen candidates
· Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
· Arrange interviews and give feedback
· Manage and negotiate job offers
· Manage stakeholders and hiring management expectations on the market
Salary & Benefits:
· £30,000 - £42,000 salary
· Annual Bonus
· Hybrid working model: office based or hybrid – 1-2 days a week in the office

To be successful:
· Previous recruitment experience from a technical background is a must
· Confident in using Linkedin recruiter to source candidates
· Strong communication and organisation skills
