Recruitment Business Partner Role
Overview
Working closely with and on behalf of our Practice, Operators and clinical team to help identify, engage, onboard and retain top talent through best practices across recruitment and talent acquisition activities. You will be responsible for a geographical area and work alongside a BDM to maximise recruitment opportunities and support the growth of our practices. You will also work together with other functional BPs (HR and Finance) to ensure that the most appropriate and fit for purpose approach is undertaken to deliver successful hires in to the business courtesy of data led insights and informed decisions for recruitment campaigns and strategies. As the Recruitment BP you will ultimately own the full lifecycle and process but leverage and manage others to help deliver optimal results.
Responsibilities Partnering and Performance
• Develop and implement innovative and efficient recruiting strategies to attract Dentists into our practices
• Build and maintain relationships across the business with key roles that play a part in the recruitment process
• Deliver revenue target and KPIs to positively impact business performance, revenue generation and patient access to treatment in your region through recruitment related activities
• Support local recruitment activities including generating referrals, sharing social media content, encouraging local networking and investing local recruitment challenges
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team – signposting candidates to alternative team members if applicable
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to aid both proactive and reactive ways of working throughout the year
• Build a personal brand as an expert within the industry
• Coaching and mentoring practice managers to enhance a culture where all colleagues are potential recruiters
• Attend strategically selected events to generate leads for the group and local region
• Keep up to date with changes in the skill mix and NHS contracts so that a proactive approach is taken to talent acquisition
Candidate Journey
• Accountable and responsible for the candidate journey and experience end to end (with the support of Compliance & Recruitment Admin)
• Help to build, feed and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline of future prospects
• Attend industry events
Reporting
• Daily use of the recruitment ATS to maintain Funnel Reports to Board & Investors
• Monitor retention (resignations and Exit Interviews) within your area in order to workforce plan accordingly – partner with PMs, BDMs, Ops Leads and supporting functions such as HR
• Weekly reporting of revenue capture
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• Appropriate level of Recruitment experience in-house or an agency environment to undertake a Business Partner role
• Consistent and sustained success in delivering recruitment in a complex multi-site business environment with revenue led targets as well as headcount requirements
• Able to adapt to change through flexible and agile solutions for different audiences
• Proven experience in effectively communicating and collaborating with a diverse range of people and job functions
• Ability to understand and articulate with complete clarity – written and verbal
• Experience designing effective hiring processes to meet changing business needs
• Strong account management/stakeholder management, interpersonal, organisational, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability and experience of driving a social media strategy to increase volumes of direct hire
• Flexible to travel within your area and to Head Office in Northampton (typically on a monthly / quarterly basis)
