Renewable Energy Recruitment Consultant
Navado Talent are seeking a Renewable Recruitment Consultant to join a thriving and modern recruitment agency, based in Central Bristol.
This opportunity will attract someone who currently working as a Recruitment Consultant, or a Graduate who has a strong interest in this industry.

Our client is a modern and forward-thinking recruitment agency who have been established for over 15 years, servicing the Technology, Engineering and Data sectors across the UK, covering both the permanent and contract market. They are an extremely vibrant and ambitious company, consisting of a diverse team of exceptionally talented recruiters, working with exciting start-ups and global brands across the country.
The role:
•Sales and business development – 360 Recruitment
•Working dual desk – Perm and Contract
•Demonstrating best practice resourcing and application of sourcing and screening techniques, at volume
•Being highly proactive by utilising available resources
•Interview and selection of candidates
•Ability to liaise with clients and candidates at senior level
•Management of the whole recruitment process, including relaying feedback
•Negotiate recruitment fees and remuneration packages for candidates
Requirements:
•An interest around the Renewable Energy Sector
•Ability to work consultatively and build strong relationships
•Strong organisational and time management skills
Salary & Benefits:
•£21,000 - £26,000 basic salary
•Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm
•Work from home 2 days a week
•27 days annual leave + bank holidays
•Friday drinks and early finish
•Monday breakfast
•Flexible work scheme
